Located within the exclusive town of Brooklin, internationally renowned for its wooden boat building and Eggemoggin Reach Regatta, this unique property is currently being developed as a luxury vacation rental and a full-service destination venue for retreats.

Brooklin House, its grounds, private cove, and updated barn venue, span a bay-front location which offers two and a half acres of uninterrupted breathtaking south-facing views of Herrick Bay designed to optimize unique gatherings for family, friends and loved ones while sharing memorable moments in an unparalleled environment.

The properties proprietor, Victoria Hamilton Rivers, has been designing homes and interiors in the San Francisco Bay Area for over two decades and has earned an exceptional reputation for outstanding design in her industry.

Having designed and developed two sought-after vacation rentals on the California coast for over a decade (see Moles Cottage & The Cottage At Muir Beach) alongside several other personal projects showcased in her portfolio, Victoria is excited to now bring this vast expertise to building her newest destination experience on the East Coast.

“My love affair with Maine began through interior books and design research over many years. I found myself constantly drawn to the characterful colonial architecture and rugged, unspoiled coastline with its countless fishing villages steeped in maritime history and charm. In 2019, I finally arrived to explore the north east coast of Maine and see it for myself. I was overwhelmed by the beauty that met my eyes and the warmth and hospitality of its delightful locals. During my travels I passed a road sign which read: “Welcome to Maine - the way life should be.”  The rest, as they say, is history!”
